The Jets honored three cornerstones of their team from the late 2000s and early 2010s this season.
The team inducted former cornerback Darrelle Revis, center Nick Mangold and left tackle D’Brickashaw Ferguson into its Ring of Honor during three separate halftime ceremonies this year.
Mangold was the first to be honored, getting inducted at halftime of the Sept. 25 game against the Bengals at MetLife Stadium. Ferguson was inducted during the Oct. 30 game against the Patriots. Revis was inducted on Nov. 27.
The trio were extremely popular players and key members of the teams that went to back-to-back AFC Championship games in 2009 and 2010. They will be the first players inducted into the Ring of Honor by the Jets since 2017 when Hall of Fame center Kevin Mawae was honored.
